Here is how it works:

Assessment and Immediate Actions

When you contact us, a member of our expert recovery team will thoroughly assess your

victim, we open a case file and you are assigned your personal restoration advocate. This
experienced professional will ask you to provide your personal information and to sign a
document that allows us to work on your behalf with financial institutions and law enforcement
agencies. They will also instruct you on how to file a police report. We typically will then review
your credit reports and other information relevant to your identity theft situation such as financial
statements, in order to determine next steps.
